1. Membership restrictions
1.1. Members are only entitled to book slots up to their monthly allowance and within the times allotted to their membership status. All bookings are for one-hour slots and must be made through the website, details are set out below.
1.2. Membership categories
1.2.1. Founder Members
Founder members are entitled to six one-hour slots per month and may
book at any time whilst the facility is open.
1.2.2. Peak Members
Peak members are entitled to six one-hour slots per month and may book
at any time whilst the facility is open.
1.2.3. O\ Peak Members
O\-Peak members are entitled to six one-hour slots per month and may
book slots between 10am and 5pm on weekdays.
1.2.4. Junior Members
Junior members are those members aged between 14 and 18 years of age.
Junior members may join as Peak members. Under 14 years of age are only
allowed to access the facilities when accompanied by an adult member.
1.2.5. Elite Members
To qualify as an Elite member, you will need to be either a Full-time touring
professional or an England squad player.
2. Booking conditions
2.1. All bookings of slots for the bays are to be made through the website at
www.golfperformancestudio.co.uk
2.2. Likewise, all bookings for slots for the putting green are to be made through the website www.golfperformancestudio.co.uk
2.3. Those members that require coaching sessions can choose their coach and book through the coaching section of the website.
3. Facility and equipment protocol
3.1. Use of the bays
3.1.1. Food and beverages are allowed in the golfing bays, however members are requested to please keep all areas clean and tidy and be thoughtful of fellow members.
3.1.2. Those who are not playing are requested to remain seated on the seats provided and behind those playing when not their turn.
3.1.3. Spiked golf shoes are not allowed in the bays.
3.1.4. Marked balls should not be used in the bays
3.2. Trackman and simulator usage
3.2.1. Members should not interfere or tamper with any of the trackman or
projector equipment should there be any interruption in service. A member
of GSSL sta\ will always be on site to assist with any issues regarding
operation of the equipment.
3.2.2. Members are requested to not sit on any of the computer monitors or in front of the trackman monitors in the coaching bays.
3.3. Putting Green usage
3.3.1. Prior to use for the first time, members should seek instruction on the
operation of the putting green.
3.3.2. The putting green MUST NOT be moved whilst any person is on the green. Please ensure that all persons are clear of the green before any movement of the green is attempted.
4. General member guidelines
4.1. Dress code
4.1.1. Members are required to maintain appropriate dress standards when using the facility. Golf attire should be worn when using the facility, however smart jeans and casual wear is allowed.
4.1.2. Vests, flip flops, shirtless and football shirts are not considered
appropriate attire.
4.2. Safety
4.2.1. All members should take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may a\ected by their actions.
4.2.2. All members should not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interest of health, safety or welfare and refrain from
actions (or inactivity) which might endanger themselves, or others
4.3. Hygiene
4.3.1. All members are requested to use the bins provided at the facility and keep the bays and general areas clean and tidy.
4.4. Smoking policy
4.4.1. The facility is a non-smoking facility. This includes the use of vaping devices and E-cigarettes
4.5. Mobile phone usage
4.5.1. The use of mobile phones at the facility is allowed, however we ask that members be mindful of other members and guests when making or receiving calls and messages.
4.6. General etiquette
4.6.1. All sta\ of GSSL are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable
environment for all of the members and their guests. We ask that members
are mindful of other members and guests when using the facility and act in a safe and cordial manner during their visits
